Writing down the things you're grateful for helps you appreciate these things more.
Each day try writing down at least 3 things that you're grateful for. Try and find 3 different things each day. For example, I am grateful for my body and that I can move and keep it healthy, I am grateful for my families support in my health journey. Comment below what you're grateful for today!
